This is mainly for my own interest and to help out a friend in getting fur - or maybe just advice to find fur for her. She's hoping to finish her own suit but just doesn't know where to pick up the best stuff x3

That and I'd like to have a basic ballpark price-range for a full suit for myself.
Thanks everyfur ^^
If a picture is worth a thousand words and a painting is worth a thousand stories then is a tale worth a thousand pictures, and an epic worth a thousand paintings?
Please don't take this quote, Hato~

For any Furs, I have a Twitch account which I stream on the weekends! Hoping to see more furs there to join in on Multiplayer games! :3

I'd be happy to help out! Been sewing and crafting for about three years now. I've taken multiple commissions, premades, and worked with other makers.

As for faux fur fabric, i'd highly suggest ordering online - the reason for this is that if you ever want to upgrade, add on, or repair your suit the same fabric will always be readily available to you. Store bought is on availability, most places like fabricland tend to just grab whatever they can get and can never gaurentee the same fabric in stock again. That also being said, store bought can sometimes have much lower quality stock than it's online counterparts, you'll find in quite a few cases the fur will pull off the backing with brushing, and have very thin backing that is easily ripped under tension. Not to mention a cheap yard of shortpile will run you 40$, while online you can get two high quality yards for the almost same price (plus shipping). I find alot of proffesional suit makers use Fabric.com, or Distinctive Fabrics for quality fur (DF doesnt ship to Canada, but you can find DF fur on fursuitsupplies.com or for sale as excess yards on FA from various users).

If you have any more questions I'd be happy to give my own personal experience. ^^

I have a new head arriving from Russia. The guy does masks in a preferred way. If I can leggings done locally that would be awesome. Once I finish loosing weight I will also look into getting a full body done.
