it's actually pretty fun and easy to visit Carthage and I didn't even have to bring food this last time cuz Mayhem had beat me too it.

I'll still be here for a couple of days. The doctor scheduled me for an MRI, but not until Thursday. And that's to decide if I should stay here another week >.<

I'm ready to come home. They let me have a shower yesterday, only to gum my hair back up with the EEG goo. I wish they'd just let me go outside. Even that would help me feel less trapped in here.

If anyone has the time tonight, I could go for the pulled pork sandwich from Memphis Blues. Not to mention some company, god this place is dull. :p

The nurse has just informed me that noone from radiology has called yet to give the time of my MRI. This worries me greatly.

So my MRI is at 2 pm. But the guy who has to read the damn thing and decide if I can go home isn't at the hospital today. This means he has to be called in to read the scan, which he may not do until early evening. >.<

Looks like i'll be here at least one more night.

Remind me never to go to that hospital for help if it xan be helped. That sounds so dsorganized, and boring there...

In all fairness too VGH, i don't think it's entirely the hospital's fault that my stay has been so dull and depressing. I think much of it has to do with the study/tests i'm doing. If I were here for bowel surgery or to have my eyeball removed that would probably make for a much more exciting stay.

in all honesty carthage, when my dad was there he was also bored out of his mind. VGH is a great hospital medically but it is a boring place for patients and visitors alike. though i must say that the food there is the worst of any hospital I've been to.

Well the food is certainly a criminal atrocity.

Right now i'm waiting for the dr to see what he has to say about my MRI. Hopefully he'll tell me everything is happy and i can in home.

So the MRI results came back. I'll be staying here a little longer.

They found something that made me worth keeping around. I'm not sure that's really a good thing, but it may lead to a better treatment. The better treatment would certainly be a good thing.

some good news is that when they release you from that tiny boring room .... YOU WILL HAVE A HEATED HOME. teehee we haz heat again.
