I am really looking forward to when the 'most recent link' is re-installed.

how many others out there almost exclusively use that feature on the forum?

someday i should do a pole as to how many use this feature, i know that for myself i use it almost exclusively (or at least 75% of the time).

Is this too much different from "unread messages since last visit"? If I accidentally sift through them and they disappear, the recent posts was useful to find them, but the unread messages tend to be recent at least for someone who reads a lot of them and hits "mark all as read" when done.
