They look like avatars that you can buy in the game that were dressed up and given some original looks, which rocks and is the way to go!!

The Ringtail is a fursona of mine, the dragon I modded is loosely based on the character "Leigh" from JayAxer

the rest are more or less just avatars I play but not really fursonas per say. The Displacer is for instance a pay avatar I bought (slightly modded) which I made into a herm and I play for all the furry Dungeons & Dragons (and tentacle) fans on Second Life.. when I feel like having that kind of company or conversations.
Each avatar fills a certain mind set of mine.
As for the question of sex, in RL I'm mentally gender neutral and pansexual. So my avatars in Second Life will reflect this in someway and as a whole not be locked into anyone gender. But each one is its own character and sex based solely on my fractured mind LoL.
