Hey there!

First off: your work is really cool and stylized. I quite like it.

It's a good idea, when asking for critiques, to specify what exactly you'd like critiqued. Like... I'm no master of vector-drawing and illustration, but I know a few things about male anatomy and shading/colouring techniques that might be able to help you out.
