Eh... I am not so amused... I'd be the one smacking Orion on the head with a newspaper and picking up the spiders with my bare hands to put them outside. It's one of those ...Killing for pleasure and amusement things... And this kitty is not amused.

I really don't think this should even be on here. I am very much against this. Killing things no matter how small for your own amusement is not nice. Do that behind closed doors. You may as well be doing that to a dog in my eyes because I am against killing things for amusement. If it was something that could kill you, that was attacking you, then yeah you'd kill it I would understand that. But to go in, and just spray them and laugh as they suffer and find it amusing? That's just gross. It shouldn't be paraded around like it's awesome and should not be for amusement. I don't care if others are amused by it it should not be posted where others will object to it like myself.

To me, a spider, or any insect, or any animal of any kind, doesn't deserve what you boys did. What you do in your own time is your own time. But to post it where people, like myself and DragonManMike, do not want to even see it or know about it. It's plain, simple, killing for amusement.

They are not black widows and black widows don't attack they would rather run away. If you tap them while they are on a branch they will fall to the ground so they are not provoked. They don't seek out people to bite and kill. Hell my mom was playing with black widow spiders when she was a child and was never ever bitten.
Mosquitoes are more dangerous than spiders because of the diseases they carry such as West Nile and other things because of other animals they bite and pass on.
People misunderstand spiders, and fear them because of movies, and most spiders can't kill you. Those spiders killed in that video couldn't kill anyone even if they tried.

Yes this is all my personal opinion and I am Strongly against this video of killing spiders for one's own amusement. To me, it's disgusting.

It's one thing to share your opinion, but it's another when you use your opinion against other people.

If there are spiders in the house, it's because they are thriving on other such things, and there is no place for bugs of any kind inside of a house, unless they are being kept as pets.

Orion has the right to do whatever he likes with his bathroom to make it comfortable for him.

First of all, it was NOT for amusement, I just know Orion get's a little over violent and we laugh at him. It's not like we didn't TRY to catch him, we attempted to get him for 2 WEEKS but he was super fast and ran under the tub. Yes, it was a Black Widow and they ARE dangerous in the house, they will bite/sting I've seen the documenteries, all it takes it running into or something and they'll get you in self defence. It was not worth the risk of someone getting out of that shower and putting their foot down beside it, If there was ANY chance, I would have removed it, and WE ALL tried to catch him. The spray was the last resort.

Sorry if we offended anyone, I'd like to point out that isn't the only video, I posted a link to a channel with like 6 vids on it. I don't see why my entire house channel should be not allowed because of a video depicting the killing of a spider, especially a dangerous one.

If it weren't for spiders, your house would be full of bugs. And a nice fact: You are never more than three to six feet away from a spider at any given time. There are even ones that are microscopic.

Not meaning to argue Torwin, however; the title of your entire post is and I quote "For Your Viewing Amusment!" So yes this was for amusement.

I am not amused by it. I am disgusted by it. It had every right to live. I am part Buddhist and that's what I believe. I am not pushing my beliefs on other people nor am I telling them what to do, I am stating I am against this post and don't think it should be on here. Again, in my eyes and in other animal lover's eyes, you may as well have been doing that to a dog, dogs are dangerous too. Again, I have done my research, if you walked into a black widow as it was dangling it would continue to drop. Only if it was squished or was being hurt would it bite. They do no seek out something to bite like the bird eating spiders of Australia do.

As for any other videos, I haven't seen them. If they are of a depiction of killing things, then I don't want to see them and they should not be on here. I am not going after any individual, my opinion is it should not be on here where people are disgusted by such actions.

She didn't do anything bad. You tried to catch her but failed, however; killing her and laughing about it, while she twitched and died in pain I might add from being slowly poisoned to death, is just completely disgusting.

I am tired of re-explaining and repeating myself. I am against the post, not the people, I am against the actions took and the fact this was posted for amusement. This is my opinion.

The whole channel is for amusement, not specifically THAT movie, with was put up 4 months ago, I only recently added more and posted them for your amusement, particularly in the Caging of Sairys, an evening not soon forgotten. I had actually forgotten the spider vid was on there because I personally did not post it, I believe it was Draaz

That specific video to me, and it's not just me, wasn't amusing. It was offensive and cruel and enough to make my eyes water.

XP I am not arguing with you specifically, I am just very offended and very upset, and when I do get upset about something especially when I am so against something like the killing and suffering of creatures for one's amusement, I will voice myself. And Cats Rule, Dog's Drool!!!
