Thank you Wereman. The paw on the shoulder turned out to be too difficult/expensive in the end so that had to be tossed out.
Also Gizmo is responsible for some of this as he made some design alteration requests after I showed him my final idea.
Some changes had to be made due to the printer dropping out last minute and having to find a new (better) shirt printer with different requirements but they were fairly minor (resolution/filesize) requests.

After making the necessary changes, here is the result:



I went to the printers and saw several different mini versions of it printed out on a shirt. We chose the best looking one and I too can't wait to see it full sized.

The shirts seem to be a nice high quality cotton and their printer setup was impressive. I have high hopes for the finished product.

They also offered a selection of bamboo shirts (which felt freakin awesome) but they were way more expensive.
