Fuck UPS.

I just wanted tio get that out there in the clear for everyone to hear.

Fuck UPS in the ass with a broken broomstick.

Of the past 5 deliveries I've gotten with USP, all 5 were fucked up in some way that resulted in major delays getting my package.

Including one time where it took over 2 months(!?!) and even then, they finally ended up delivering it to a totally different address.

Fuck UPS.

I have had just as much misfortune with them.
They really just dont care about their packages, the clients, etc.
There is no system or standard between the customer service workers and the factory/delivery workers. Trying to get anything figured out is different between each person you talk too.
Their service sucks. I'm surprised there still IS a ups -.-' I've never heard anything good about them from anyone and what sucks more is that sometimes they are the only option. T_T

I never use UPS. Never have. My mom had the same issues and I learned from her to never use it. *huggles*

My favorite part about UPS is how if you get a package bigger than a breadbox you have to go all the way out to the freaking airport to pick it up.

also, NEVER EVER order things internationally (from the US) with UPS unless it's expedited Worldwide shipping or higher because with ground you will almost always get slammed with 'brokerage fees'...one time a package worth 78 came to my door with 50 in brokerage fees because it was sent Ground (Standard), I didn't even have a payment method UPS accepts so I had to refuse it and request a refund, USPS may be slower but I've never had any fees of any kind come with packages sent via them over evil ****ing UPS.

I've been hit with the brokerage fees extortion at the door before. Your only option is to request a refund or go out to the airport, or be prepared to mug your UPS delivery man (for your package you already paid for) or heaven forbid pay the fucking fee.

I've never had a problem with Fed-Ex, go with them instead.

The unfortunately truth is that a lot of places dont offer other methods of transport other then UPS :/
but yes, if you can order shipping through another transport, go for it. take advantage of it i'd say D:

I was once hit with that  brokerage fee bull shit. I argued with the guy for a good 20 mins. And he ended up flat out saying.. pay or I walk away with your package.

I will never use them again. Ever. I will never give a company my business that only uses them either.

I've had an issue with Purolator once, but that's not UPS, so I'm going to put that in another subject later.
I understand that scissors can beat paper, and I get how rock can beat scissors, but there's no way paper can beat rock. Paper is supposed to magically wrap around rock, leaving it immobile? Why can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they attempt to take notes in class? I'll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody; a rock would tear it up in two seconds. When I play Rock-Paper-Scissors, I always choose rock. Then, when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper, I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist, and say, "Oh sorry, I thought paper would protect you."

The funny thing is that they use the "brokerage fee" as a reason for why shipping from the US to Canada is expensive.

Most route based delivery services will show up at the same time every day.

I figured, I would pop out from the shadows, since it's been a while.  I was going to remain quiet but I couldn't after stumbling across this thread.  I have had a FEW and I mean FEW good interactions with UPS, on the whole,  I would say of around 150 packages in one year, back about 6 years ago,  only 13 cam in without major issues.  It's frustrating, but sadly unless more people say F*** You UPS and start telling companies that you WOULD buy from them internationally, but since their only shipping method is UPS you have to decline as you have had more damage than good with them, I do not foresee this issue every really being resolved.  It seems like it takes thousands upon thousands of dollars in sudden loss before companies start actually giving a sh*t about customers once it's gotten that bad.  I mean you COULD contact UPS and pointlessly discuss your issues with them... but yeah.

That being said I wish everyone else luck with future parcels.

-hugs with lots of love to you all-
