I'm more than a little curious where everyone started their life and where they live now, and the short stories behind the timeline to there.

for myself, i was born in Prince George Hospital, March 26th, 1986.
My family moved to Edmonton when i was 1 and stayed for a couple months before moving back to Prince George.
Thats where i stayed until i finished Grade 10 in Prince George Secondary.

My mother and father split and i went with my mother who moved to Summerland where i stayed until i graduated.
I then moved to Mission to attend college in Burnaby (free rent) and then moved back to Summerland to attend a different college.
I then moved to Kelowna for 2 years to continue my studies at the college, then attempted to move to Westbank to be closer to work once college let out, that lasted 3 months, and i moved back to Kelowna, where i am current.

Im attempting to move to Burnaby come August but i might have to intermittenly go back to rooming with my best friend Alex in Mission again.

Honestly i cant wait to live in a more fur concentrated area of BC :)
All i want in life... is life.

PPFFT; hahaha Okay THAT was cheesy.

Born in 1984, I spent the first 12 years of my life outside of Lyndhurst Ontario where my family ran a fishing resort.

Born at Lions Gate Hospital on September 29th 1986.

Lived in North Vancouver until I was 4 and then I moved to Squamish in 1990 where I have lived since.  OMG I've lived in the same house for almost 19 years, daaaamn

I am trying to find a place in Burnaby, New West or Vancouver before September as well.  BTW does anyone know of any 5-6 bedroom places for rent in those areas.  I'd like to know :D

Fann

Born in london england and after living there for a few years moved to South Surrey. Lived here ever since and have never moved. Both parents are still together after around 16 years. After visiting canada for a vacation we liked it so much better than england we bought a house. Went back to england and sent out things on a boat. After living with nothing for around 4 weeks becuase of the time it would have taken for the things to arrive we rented a flat. After the 11 hour flight back to canada we have stayed in the same massive house for the entire time we were here. Due to the extange rate we doubled out money, and have no debt making life easier then anything. Dad works from home. Mom retired at 37ish because she made stupid ammounts of money.
Fun times. After going back to england 3 times last year and then doing the jet setting thing all around europe in march time area im thinking about moving back to england or Vienna becuase that place is awsome.

Thats me for yah.

Tony Greyfox

Born in Vancouver, adopted at three days old, moved to Chilliwack, apparently lived in the Interior someplace for a little while then back to Chilliwack until I moved to Vancouver for two years at UBC when I was 19.
That didn't go so well, so back to Chilliwack for a year, then back to Vancouver for journalism school. (Throw in some summers spent in Terrace and Smithers for good measure.)
Graduated, spent a few months in Kitimat, then wound up in Clearwater (north of Kamloops) for a year and a half before moving to the bustling metropolis of Merritt for nine years, where what was left of my sanity was stripped from me by the combination of redneckery and overwork.
Moved back to Vancouver three years and change ago. Still recovering. =P

I'm so exciting.

I was born in Vancouver - yes, we do exist! - and lived in Surrey (Cloverdale area) until I was 18 (1998), then spent 5 years split between there and residence at SFU, then a year split between Surrey and Coquitlam (crazy landlady - some of the longer-time vfur people will remember).

Since 2004 I've lived with Katherine - we lived for a little while in Kits, then the West End, then Yaletown, before moving to the Commercial Drive area. We've lived in a couple different places in that area, and are just coming up on 3 years in the current place.

I was born in Churchill Manitoba, cold place... After that, migrated to Roblin Manitoba, then for Falkland BC, and finally to Surrey BC and have lived here for years. I don't know where I'll be migrating to after High School though.

This looks like an interesting thread :D

I was born in some Hospital in Anchorage Alaska. was there for a couple days then back to where my parents lived in Yakutat Alaska at the time.
Yakutat Alaska from 0-3 years old.
in 1986 roughly my father's work took him to Afognak Island. During this period of my life my family lived alternating between all of us on Afognak, or my mother and siblings in Kodiak while my father worked on Afognak. Both islands were about 20 minutes apart by floatplane .
Kodiak Alaska for 1 year.
Afognak island Alaska (thats the name of the island, there aren't any cities there) for 4 years.
Kodiak again for 5th and 6th grade.
Afognak for another 3 years.
Kodiak for all four years of high school.
Moved to Fairbanks Alaska for College. Stayed there (except for breaks and some summers) for five and a half  years. Boy did it get cold there.
Moved to Anchorage for my last college semester in 2008.
Drove through Canada to Yakima Washington in the spring of 08 following my finishing college. Stayed with relatives there for four months while Job searching in the Seattle area.
Moved to Kent Washington right outside of Seattle Fall of 08 and have been living and working steadily here ever since.
Moving to Burien Washington next month to be closer to the ocean and to the city :D

Well let me think...

I was born in Kelowna, BC July. 13, 1993 and lived there for about two years.
Then in '95 I moved to Barrie, Ontario for reasons still unknown.
Barrie lasted a year and I moved to San Diego, California.
Spent two years in Cali then wound up back in Kelowna.
Moved in town in '99
Today I still reside in Kelowna but once I'm done High School in 2011 I'm outta there.
At the moment I'm trying to connect with any other furs in town.
I'm a tad nervous and shy though so it's not that easy >_<"

Vanilla Skunk

My family likes to travel, and I've gone on vacation nearly yearly with my family to various parts of the North American continant, as well as to Great Britain.  But, as for my living arrangements, here's the timeline:

Born in 1981 in Hudson Bay, SK  (No, not the big Hudson Bay body of water.  Try looking up Hudson Bay Junction.)
My father got sick with cancer in the summer of 1996, passed away in 1997; through this time we went back and forth from living in Hudson Bay, and Saskatoon.
After he passed away, I moved to Mill Woods (Edmonton), AB for about a year, then went back to Hudson Bay.
In 1999, I believe my mother overdosed on Codine that was perscribed to her that day by a doctor, and had a massive heart attack, and passed away.  I moved to Sylvan Lake, AB for 6 months.
While living in Sylvan Lake with my sister Michelle, her boyfriend was being abusive, and due to the fact I wasn't used to hearing that kind of behavior, I felt the need to escape, and took off to Spokane WA to persue an internet relationship.
Lived in New Westminster from 2000-1 with my sister Dez after the relationship fell through, we all moved to Surrey afterwards.  Myself and my sister lived in the same place, then different places, and back and forth throughout different areas of Surrey.
May through June, I lived on Torwin's couch, as per Torwin's offer on LJ.  Thanks again, Tor.
Now, as of July, I live in Langley with Star.

I spared you the Hudson Bay Horror Stories, I'll tell you that one in private if you really wish to hear it.

And lastly... I miss the snow.  This isn't snow here, in the lower mainland, this is slop.
