computer help

my god daughters computer seems to have died.  i am not sure what is wrong with it but i need someone to check it out and get it running if possible.  if it can't get running again, then possibly save the music and pictures.

i know - always back it up.  but i am talking about 2 teenage girls that would rather dl music to their ipods and check their facebook pages.

can you help?   and who / where are you?  i am located in new west and can deliver.

i will get more details as to what the problem is later.  if going to sushi tonight (jul 31) i can see you there.
