In (°ω°), the 'w' I'd actually a Greek letter. I learned a bunch of text emoji(s?) from a friend of mine. The Japanese use a lot of foreign characters for faces like this.

If you want to make characters like this and don't have the proper keyboard or don't know the specific keystroke, you can pull up the Character Map by going: START>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools. Character Map should be at the top of the list. (óДò; )^{"That's a lot if steps!"}

You can choose which font you want to use, but not all fonts support the vast amount of characters there are, so simplest is to just keep it at Arial. Hope this helps! \(^o^)/
