Even if its in the photo gallery, when you sell to the public, you must assume people are lazy (no offense to anyone!)
You must make the commission prices as clear as possible, including example links or photos put into the page.

In this day and age, if a person cannot find what they are looking for in 3-5 seconds (on the internet) they will look elsewhere, which means no commissions for your friend.
The links at the top of the page are really hard to see, they dont stand out. It took me a good while to figure out where the gallery page was. :3

I have to ask, how old is your friend? Most people won't commission minors period, especially not for something as cost-intensive as a fursuit. There's no legal way for someone to pursue their money/product in case something goes wrong during the process if the artist is a minor. If she is, I'd *strongly* recommend putting that on the front page so that people are aware of that going in. :B Apart from that, best of luck!

Just one criticism if you want this to be a reputable businesses try to refine the language you use. This includes proper grammar and trying to use a more mature vocabulary. People are entrusting you with a lot of money so you have to show that you are mature enough to handle that responsibility.

You are very excited with what you are doing I give you props for that. You may not see any costumers till you make a name for yourself and post some of your art work. It's not going to happen overnight it might not happen this year. In order for artists to go from where you are now to where you would like to be, they have been doing this for years to all their life. You can show off your links and ask for feedback but the level of workmanship doesn't correspond with the $$ Right now you're looking for a quick buck. You have a great start for your ages but need to practice a lot more. Post more artwork do little project like maybe tails ears practice your techniques and show them off. You are off to a great start I hope that you keep with it and expect great creations from the two of you.

argh I have a picture of a nice badge but imgur isn't working for me
if imgur starts to work i'll have a pic up in no time but there are pics on the site.
and since no one is buying anything we are doing an event where the first ten people that buys a badge its only 5$
