1/2 rent = $435 + 1/2 Hydro, Phone, Cable TV, WIFI = $65

Close to bus stops and a short walk to Seabus Terminal

Must be EMPLOYED and be N/S

Actually, that is CHEAP for North Vancouver.

Almost every similar place goes for 20-50% MORE.

I could easily get someone with an ad elsewhere, but I would like to get another furry if possible.

Under $1000 is a pretty sweet deal for a large one bedroom and I certainly don't think $435 is expensive for rent.
Double so for North Vancouver.  Depends how you could divide the place up i guess 

Considering you're 15 minutes from 3 ski hills.  20 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from Stanley park.
