Places to jam?

Hey, I play some guitar, some drums, and can sing and was wondering if anyone knew of a place in Vancouver that you could rent or just a place that people can jam and if anyone was interested in just jamming sometime?

I've been going there for years, now - owner is way awesome and chill, and if you end up being a regular sometimes he might cut you deals here and there.
They take debit, too. R ooms were just remodeled/refurnished, and they come with drum kits and amp cabs (you can rent heads for them for a little extra, or bring your own).
It's a short walk from Royal Oak Skytrain station, and near Metrotown.

As for actually getting together and jamming, I dunno - what kind of music do you like listening to and playing? :)
I'm more of a heavy metal kind of guy myself, but the one band I'm in right now ('Final aNiX') covers opening/closing themes from various Anime.

I like metal... I like rock... I play kind of everything. I don't know much... well... I can't play much with others because I'm out of practice for that kind of thing... but I would like to try again.
