FurryJackman

The only maker I know of with movable jaws is OneFurAll. They are certainly in that $2-3K price range. They have high demand though so expect to wait for quite a bit if you request a suit.

Grace

FurrHappens does moving jaws and is in that range, as well. I believe they're closed for commissions right now, though.

Kanan

For realistic I think BeastCub does really well done suits.  Though she is closed for a while I believe.

Sairys

I personally wouldn't get a beastcub suit. Two friends of mine had suits from that maker and kinda fell apart etc. Go with Scribblefox, clockwork suits or even lion of the sun(if they are open)

Renwaldo

Clockwork Animal is very exclusive and expensive, but their quality is incomparable to everything else. From my perspective Clockwork is the best company.

The last time I checked their site, they expect their waiting list to have openings coming up again this January - at the earliest. They expect your character reference profile to be very specific, make sure you know exactly what you want before you commission them. You should expect to pay a little bit more, Clockwork Animal doesn't do cheap, and you have a better chance of getting on their waiting list if your design costs more.

Naq Ryba

there is also Primal Visions.

I bought a fox mask from them a while ago.   They're expensive but their work is top notch
