just curious, you do know that Murrsona basically refers to a fursuit being a murrsuit/yiffsuit.
Lmao I've been hearing it a lot lately, and it's some stupid new furry slang.
I always think of it as a fursona that only exists for yiff. It's dumb.
I've said and done things I regret here, so I just don't do anything instead.

AMZ, I have found that one does need a spotter. You have very limited vision when suiting, the fact I wear glasses doesn't help they tend to fog up. Nothing like missing that first or last step on a stairway or a curb. Speed bumps suck BTW, when suiting. Buy yourself a bottle of water (with the pull spout) and refill it often, it does get a might warm in the suit. But the fact of the matter is it is great fun, the smiles one causes on most people is worth it.

that seems dangerous especially for newbies who aren't used to suiting also Lol @ foggy glasses that can't be good  :P

Quote from: That link Sairys posted9. Avoid talking while fursuiting.
When suiting or performing, avoid talking unless necessary. This is particularly important when fursuiting or performing around children as it ruins the magic of it all. Also talking makes the suiter seem more human, and therefore usually more dangerous. This rule typically doesn't apply amongst furiends or fellow suiters, as long as your suit has either a fully articulated or hinged jaw.

Awesome! that means if I talk people will be scared of me yay!

"You kids should go play somewhere else..."

Though digimons normally talk so it would be normal unless someone doesn't recognize the character.. hmm

FurryJackman

I know: I'll build into my suiting character a natural shyness for parents and kids, like Raj does to women on The Big Bang Theory. Thataway, I don't speak near children.

I'm defiantly going to need a spotter when I go out suiting soon.

You got a trained spotter here, I've had to handle like 4 suiters at once and that was during the big cons of AC09...Ahhh! good times! drunken suiters! lol

i find there are similar addictions out there. never was addicted to suits. not my thing. art had me for awhile but even that has been less interesting than writing these days. sometimes Ive met artist and suiters that act like their suit or their art skill makes them important, which just comes off like a rich person or famous person wanting attention lol. I tend to like suiters and artist just fine as long as they are humble or at least don't let their ego take over the world. i had two different friends who used to be so quiet and humble and ego free and then got a suits and started acting like it was some status symbol that made them entitled.  sad to see people sacrifice their friendliness and values for popularity. i know we all have met artists who let their ego inflate, its funny but fur suits can do that too lol.

either way. not my thing, never will get one myself, but i still find them cool ^^
