  I recall a few postings awhile back about not enough furry events and chances to get out in public with your fur suits. Somewhere back then there were requests and suggestions of spur of the moment events (non preplanned). Things like on a nice day like today of putting a posting up early and saying "hey great day today, lets grab our suits, go to a park and just meet people. The kids and people might love it".

 We have had a few very nice days and not to hot where this could have been done. How about we look at this again? It would be fun, it gets you out in your fursuits, it would help with the furry image and not to mention it would be a great chance to get some publicity for the first ever VancouFur Furry Convention !

Hey just looking at that ... "VFC" is there any other local group or organization that use that acronym that might be conflict ?  If not maybe we can use that for our convention ... "The VFC", lets go to VFC next year ... has a ring to it.
