It did it in a very positive way which is awesome.  I think it's good that a paper would randomly interview someone just because they're interesting or different.
I don't know what section you'd find something like that in, but it's another way to get it out there and possibly turn more people on to it.

Huh, a personality feature on a furry artist... good on him, and a great story, but damn, the Morning Star must be digging deep for the community section. *chuckles* There's a tiny hook there, him displaying at the gallery... interesting story choice.
