"Japanese developer Hudson is closing its American offices, which has lead to the revelation that the company was considering a new sequel to werewolf-themed beat 'em-up Bloody Roar."

Aw.  Might have been better if they hadn't said anything at all rather than tease us with what may have been!
Then again, Hudson hasn't been doing so well.  Their only other franchise that was doing well was Bomberman, and releasing a new Bloody Roar game would have been a huge risk.

damn that really sucks.
I liked Bloody Roar, despite the fact I've only played 1 & 4.
Can't believe that there was a sequel in the works (emphasis on was). Hoped they were planning on improving the voice acting though...
Great, now I'm gonna spend the next hour or so pondering what could have been next-gen bloody roar
