Mordheim.

Don't know if anybody here played Mordheim, but I suggest you check it out.
It was sort of a character based version of Warhammer.
You had a warband of four or five heros who could each gain experience, better equipment and level up.
It took place in a ruined city which I probably had more fun building than I did ever playing the game.
It's a great game for furry content.
You can play as Skaven(anthro rats), Lizardmen, Beastmen(minotaurs and goatmen), and Chaos which I suppose could be anything really.
Then, of course there were elves, orcs and humans of varying types.

The great part about this game was customising the miniatures. The plastic citadel figurines were great because of all the accessories you got with them, but any figurines worked. I had a few minotaurs and goatmen that were from Reaper miniatures. The Citadel lizardmen were pretty gorgeous to look at and the skaven minis are delightfully ninjalicious. Haven't seen rat men as good as them from any other manufacturer.

The game was discontinued by GW but they were still releasing extra rules on the website for a while. I think they're all still available here.

It was pretty in depth, there were lots of optional rules for random things that could happen.
Characters gained traits for leveling or flaws for being put out of action but surviving.
I had a character that got some pretty bad battle scars, lost an arm and what not. I kept trying to kill it off so I could buy a new hero to replace it, but it kept surviving and eventually just became unstoppable.
I made a specific miniature for that character. One-armed Jo-Anne we called her, she was a Lizardman with a flail.

I have a bunch of my figurines here, and I may even have my city shipped out to me. If not I will definitely make a new one.

Dude O.o I've been wanting to play this game forever but I've never found anyone to play with. I have the rulebook already along with a few expansion books printed from the internet. I also have a few models to use. I've still been trying to track down the big starter box set. Can we play? Please??

Yes, we can definitely play.
But I say you forgo the boxed set. Instead wait till I can gather up the stuff to build a new city, or have mine shipped out here.
If you want, I'll show you how to make the buildings. It sure would help to have someone else working on them at the same time. Some of them took me a month to finish.

Not sure if you can see the attachments. We were having some trouble with them in another thread.
Bottom line is the home made ones are more durable, don't fall over as easily and just plain look nicer than the cardboard ones GW sells. Though I have tried to integrate some of the plastic parts in that set into my buildings.
One thing I did manage to ship with the rest of my junk was my play mat.
I got it from a wallpaper store, looks just like cobblestone.

What warband did you want to play? I brought as many minis as I could so I could hopefully put anything together. But my lizardmen, beastmen, chaos and some of my humans definitely look the best out of all of them.

I've been thinking about this game a lot lately and since a bunch more people have shown up since I originally posted, I'ma revive this thread. Anyone else interested?  I have lots of minis but anything works, they don't need to be citadel.
I'd also be willing to forgo the established Warhammer universe to include more furry races. Even write special rules for them. Though chaos soldiers could be anything you want them to. Heck, we could tweek the entire game into a post-nuclear, fallout-esque, furry-infested wasteland.  I'm pretty busy for the next couple weeks and I need to finish a few craft projects before committing to building things for this, but I wouldn't mind stewing over some new scenery ideas so I can start gathering materials.

Any takers?

Mordheim eh? My friend and I got into it awhile ago, getting about a dozen other people to play with us.

I got an orc warband and can get together a lizardman one from my fantasy army. I would love to play again, just gotta remember the rules.
