Okay, it's because my old TV blew the hell up, but still, I get a new TV.

It the new TV gonna be cool? I kind of want a new one... my current one is old and bulky. I want something like this, but can't afford it at the moment.

I'm in Oregon. And on vacation. Drinking tons of beer. (okay, not the last part)

I'm aiming for a 40- or 42-inch HDTV of some sort... probably an LG. So yeah, it will be pretty cool. =)

I was happy about something but then something really scary happened and now I don't remember what I was happy about, so whatever it was, that's something to be happy about.

ah Prom. I remember prom. I looked so pretty, and girly. <3

As for things to be happy about. X-files ftw, XD

Well I'm happy this morning (despite the pain I am in) because later today I am going up to a friends place to get 2 books on how to speak & read Japanese and a 120gig IDE HD for my desktop computer. :)

JestersKing

I wore a kilt to my prom. Tux's were too mainstream.  ^-^

Thing to be happy about: Having fresh coffee at home for the first time in four days.

I wonder how long it will be before I can type properly again.

I remember prom~ my aunt made me a really pretty red dress~! :D One thing I certainly remember about prom, was at the end of the night, students were dancing on chairs and tables, and in the lobby of the ballroom we were in, students were goofing off around the piano and furniture, lol. (prom was at the Pan Pacific, across from the Convention Center) The whole grade got lectured for our behaviour at prom the next day. xD Good times...

Something to be happy about: new episode of Glee tonight and new episode of Doctor Who on Saturday~ so excited!!  :D

My own prom was so conservative and boring. Teachers guarded every doorway wielding walkie-talkies, the music selection was picked by a teacher - as was the menu, there were long pauses throughout the night where we were required to be completely silent when another stuffy old fart would tell us their life story, and a third of our graduating class was held up at the door and sent home for showing up inebriated. Not to mention the PAC was there, looking on with eyes full of pride at their miserable spawn. The music they chose for us was terrible! A bunch of '90's bubblegum pop crap! It might have been better, but none of the student counsel electives wanted to be bothered working with such people, so each of them resigned.  :-X

Our prom was organized and hosted by a bunch of wealthy suburbanite parents and educational politicians. Apparently the year before ours those pesky young people were doing such things dancing on tables, so the school staff was rather fascist with us.  :-\

edit: Lol, sorry to dump all over the happy thread.

I've been eating fried samosas and candy all week and I haven't gained any weight. That's something to be happy about eh?  ;)

Sevrin

I was craving something delicious, with meat, and cheese, I didn't think I had anything like that but then I opened my freezer and found a box of pizza pops :D

EmoFox
