Two foxes and a cat looking for a place in Vancouver

Heya,

Zenythfox and I will be looking for a temporary place to rent for about three or four months. The cat is a real cat.

Things about us:

• We won't invite anyone over
  
• We both drive, and we both have our own separate vehicles
  
• The cat...obviously
  
• We won't have too much stuff, as what we have will be sold/stored/thrown out
  
• ZenythFox has been with his employer since August 2006, works 40 hours a week, a very stable job. No/New to credit.
  
• I have been with my employer since December 2003, make an annual fixed salary, so the amount of hours I work is irrelevant, a very stable job as well. Excellent credit.
  
• I'm a clean freak, Zen not so much but I clean up after him, too.
  
• Neither of us can cook anything impressive, but we will definitely pitch in for groceries if someone else can and does.
  

I hope I didn't miss anything from there...just ask me anything if I missed anything.


Why temporary?
The lease of the current apartment in Calgary is about to expire, and we can't continue living there without signing another one-year lease, especially when we really want out of such a torn-down place (literally, the entire building is like this, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's got plans to be demolished). With that said, I am looking to BUY a place, and could use the temporary accommodations and try to get settled within the city. You gain extra income for a bit, and if you don't drive, I usually love driving people places, and especially since I don't know Vancouver very well, it'd be a good way to experience the place and get to know the city better.
