I know I am not the only Mom in the local fandom, but who else do we have here on the forums??

I know aside from me there is:
Kittara
Tori Kitty
and Sniffum

But aside from that I don't know/remember anyone else D:
I'd like to have a family friendly get together at some point too, so please feel free to discuss this too :D

I don't talk much about my kid online, honestly I'm really hesitant about it, but I'm tired of feeling like the only mom here D:

Obviously retaurded.

Renwaldo

Sniffum kind of left us actually.   :-X
I don't think anyone knows why, but the account is deactivated.

Rhari

Saaaaaaad. Wonder what happened... >>; then again, maybe I won't.

I seem to draw out teh Dramas.
Obviously retaurded.

Saskee and I have three children.

Is it OK to say you're hopeful that this comes to be down the line? That's the only position I'm in regarding this.

I've yet to even find a GF, but I am hopeful to start a furry family later on.

EmoFox

^^^What Jester said, :3

I've been thinking about posting this EXACT topic for a couple of days, XD
and a family friendly get together would be AWESOME. I'd be tempted to host one because our apartment has a playground in the courtyard, but out apartment itself is way too small.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, either way you're right.
Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Cry, and the world laughs harder.

I have a son who just turned 7. He is being raised by his grandparents though and I haven't seen him in years. Maybe when he is older.

I am not presently a parent myself (Nor am I in a position to be one), but I am aware that an old acquaintance of mine who was casually in fandom is a parent now. However, I do not believe he is still actively involved with the community.

Wow! It's great to see how many more parents there are! :D I've been feeling so out of place lately! (Mind you, living in Chilliwack doesn't help that) But when we move out closer to Van, we'd be more than happy to host a family event or maybe even organize a family outing! :D The summer's coming up and camping and beaches are always an option!

Gosh, it's so exciting to see so many other families! :D
Obviously retaurded.

I understand how you feel when you're not sure who all has kids, ours are various ages, 11, 7 and 18 months. Zen and I were just discussing this topic in regards to family friendly ideas. I realize it's still winterish and was thinking possibly doing a bbq or some kinda outside thing or whatnot when the weather is better, however not sure how many people would be interested. Let me know if anyone is interested in such a thing

SilverRose

I am well behaved kid friendly. I cant stand nasty rude loud children.

So if there are enough nice well behaved children who are 50lbs or under I would offer pony rides at the farm this summer.

And yes this little mare has no saddle or bridle on. And still just plods along. (I Do have a small saddle though)

I would have to saddle the BIG horse for any children OVER (that includes adults who would like a "PONY" ride)
(This one is Mediar's riding horse)

And depending on the mood of the driving minis/pony I would be happy to take people who would like to try a cart ride on a short cart ride.
And yes that is Mediar driving her.

It could be a picnic BBQ type thing. We just need to wait for summer as the property is on the wet side unfortunately the new owner purchased it to late to make the necessary improvements before the wet season hit.

Also willing to teach children how to deal with groom and care for a horse. Also lead line riding lessons as there is no place to RIDE RIDE at the moment. So only beginners would be looked at. Reasonable price or work exchange for time.
