hai hai and welcome ^_^ I have been through Penticton numerous times whilst traveling to places like Salmon Arm, Kamloops, Banf and Golden. I have not however spent any length of time in Penticton! So I would not know the how the city is lacking in the fun department, but I am sure if enough furries get together there some fun could be had xD

(I have to live in one of the most boring places in the entire province and that is Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast....there is litteraly nothing to do other than maybe be a geek in public once or twice a week :/)

It's an okay place to visit, if you have money and relatives that live here :p otherwise it is a lot like Salmon Arm where there is practically no places to go socialize with people.  We recently got a small pool and gym built here, but I don't care to much for working out and I hate swimming in chlorinated water. lol okay I think I have to stop myself here or I might start ranting/babbling endlessly about how much I hate it here (in Sechelt) :p

I remember having a nice joint with a friend down the road and some guys walked up to us awkwardly so we started walking away and they yelled "Hey are you girls?" and we were like "Nah man sorry" XD I adore Penticton.

My friend's grandparents we stayed with during the summer for a bit have the house in their final will for him, and he said when he gets it, he's going to invite me to come live with him there. I'm pretty stoked xD

Oh and GOD DAMN tickleberries is delicious. I died eating it.

And Penticton has Burger55.  When some of my friends visited, the only thing they missed when they left was Burger55.

I fully agree. I was there 4 years ago for my grandmother's memorial and while it had grown, it was still tiny!  And not much had changed. I haven't been back since then, even thou I still have family there.
