....we need a furry in government ....whitewolfy for premier? ...although i might start with banning immigration immediately then kicking out the RCMP and installing our own police like vancouver and delta.
then i'll get back to work on getting rid of the hst and repairing the schools that are all but falling apart.
I know not what weapons world war III will be fought with, but world war IV will be fought with sticks and stones

*Votes for you*  Hellz yeah!  While you're at it, make weed legal, and make prostitution illegal!

Also...don't send all the homeless to Prince George anymore!  I am sick of being Robbed at gunpoint in this shitty city!

just like booze, the gov't will have to regulate it (i.e government run STORES, no farming without the same permit people need today, restrictions on how much you can use, no use while driving or working.)
and fixed prices too.
so pretty much everywhere it's gonna be notasgoodasyouthinkitwouldbe.

the thing that pisses me off is yes he resigned BUT he is still in there. He wont leave leave until they find a new guy which means he will still be getting PAID while they find a new guy. So he hasn't really resigned... as of yet... which confused the hell out of me when I watched the video.

Plus, it looks like he'll stick around long enough so that his pension goes up. Well planned, that...

He's a politician

It was surprising how fast he just up and vanished from the scene, I guess the HST really was the last hoorah for the liberals. I had more beefs with them even before the HST came round. Things like the state of education quality and un-regulated costs and ESPECIALLY the bullshit freezing of minimum wage in Canada's most expensive province.

The whole "province job stability" jargon pissed me off though, of course people love where it is right now, you get to pay peanuts and over work people for wages that will barley allow them to make rent and buy food.

I myself say it's about damn time that idiot resigned, even though he's staying in that seat while having a circle jerk with his other so-called "buddies" with $50 bills until they find a replacement. It's not surprising why his Approval Rating is 9%... perhaps it's because of the HST that was implemented against people's wills.

The thing is, I strongly doubt that with the current provincial economy BC is in, it's not ready (and probably never will be) for the HST. Bill Vander Zalm, former Premier of BC, is still challenging the HST in court.
I understand that scissors can beat paper, and I get how rock can beat scissors, but there's no way paper can beat rock. Paper is supposed to magically wrap around rock, leaving it immobile? Why can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they attempt to take notes in class? I'll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody; a rock would tear it up in two seconds. When I play Rock-Paper-Scissors, I always choose rock. Then, when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper, I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist, and say, "Oh sorry, I thought paper would protect you."

Liberal, NDP, whatever...

I just want the HST gone so everybody will stop bitching about a tax they don't understand, don't want, and that will never actually help anybody that doesn't own a large business. -.-

The HST will never go away.  no matter who wins the next election, the government will say something along the lines of "they did it not me, and I can't change it.  sorry, it stays"  and we the average people are fucked right up the ass (and not in a good way)
