Heh heh making french fries with a potato gun that would be sweet. Though that is pretty close to how big companies (McCain etc.) do it. They just have water and potatoes flowing through tubes and then goes through a wire mesh. What did you do to make your french fries?

Peeled and cut them in half, then pushed them through this little device we got from Bed Bath & Beyond that is basically a grid of blades like in that video, but with a little lever-pull assembly for holding and forcing the potato through at less-than-explosive speeds. ;P
