Heh, it was purely a medical trip, went in for a hearing test. Found out I have High Frequency Hearing Loss in my right ear <_<

i think i have a similar problem my ears hurt allot when i hear high frequency noises they drive me insane and really really hurt more then every one else

Unless you have tinnitus, it is probably just that your inner ear is overly sensitive to high pitched frequencies. As the otorhinolaryngologists described to me my right ear stops hearing frequencies around 10,000hz +, which is quite different from what you have described.
