Thinly sliced baron of beef roast rolled up with bacon, mustard, diced onion, salt & pepper, braised in butter until browned, then slow cooked for 4 hours...set that alongside garlic mashed potatoes covered in the gravy from the cooked rolls, sauteed zucchini, carrot julienne, onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts drizzled with smoked sesame oil and sesame seeds, and Tiramisu.
