Shipping off...

... to work for the Olympics on Saturday, just got the call this evening. They say that we are going to be gone over there for two months, working with traffic. Sort of wish they had given me a call earlier in the day so I bit more notice than just friday to get ready. Then again, the people doing the hiring don't know half of what is going on either. I'm going to see about keeping connected to the net while I'm over there and I've made a point to have my car on hand just in case. Luckily my room mate has relatives living over near where we are staying so I have a place to put the car.
