Looking for roomate - Lougheed $600/month

So, I removed my previous topic prematurely. Due to unforeseen circumstances I am back to looking for roommates! The roommate I was going to be with found a better place closer to work. I can't compete with that XD so trying again!

Small room at Lougheed, right across from the Lougheed Skytrain Station.
$600 per month plus Hydro and Cable, costs usually come to $625-$650 depending on hydro (it's bi-monthly)
I am pet friendly within reason. (I'm not homing six cats ... again.)
No smoking, no drugs, no parties, although boardgame nights and soiree's are A-OK with me :thumbs:
Looking for preferably one cool roommate, who is preferably okay with a cat, but not required! Coolness is required though. Be cool. Or nerdy.

Update:
I am still looking for a roommate! Sooner the better!
I am getting a cat, so be aware.
And my shaw services are going up a bit. my internet 150 value plan has gone up and cancelling would be more than keeping it. But I'm working at Shaw now, so I get things real cheap. internet150 and all cable is about $90, so $645 per month + hydro every other month.
