I find it good for art and working on my 3d models and what not, I find if songs have words I start singing and not paying attention to what I'm doing

The kind gent below me has been warned before, about having his ghetto-thump nonsense up loud enough that his nocturnal neighbour can hear the "lyrics". So now I'm listening to something militarily appropriate at top volume on a strong system, whilst modeling game firepower. What he forgets to realize is that my floor is his ceiling, said ceiling is sound-conducting concrete on his end, and my speakers can be moved to sit directly on his ceiling instead of the insulating box they usually sit on for courtesy's sakes.
