electronics repair required

i have a large flatpanel tv that is in need of some repair but i have no idea what is wrong.

is there anyone out there in the fandom that does tv / electronic repairs?  (especially helpful is someone that does great work and also at a low cost)  or do you know of anybody?    i may also be able to provide some more business customers.
