Okay I need some advice here. I'm going on a three week trip to Europe with my mom and I'm pretty anxious about the whole thing (we will be traveling from England to Romania then sailing for a week in France). I'm mostly going because I want my mom to be happy but I'm still on the edge here, anyone have any pointers on how to calm down anxiety like this? Maybe dealing with moving from place-to-place, being on a long flight, going into a new country, ect.? :/

At least you are not going alone. Remind yourself everything's going to be fine, that it's mind over matter. Part of you could be excited as well. Take deep slow breaths when you're having anxiety. Maybe look up some anxiety type breathing exercises, they really helped me. Also the way you look at things can play a huge part in things, so always remember to think positively. You could just be overthinking it. I tend to do that as well! I hope you have an awesome trip!
