Name's Jon! I just flew in on May 1st to begin an 8-month work term with SAP's Vancouver division. I won't get into the nitty-gritty of my personal history here though I'm always open to questions! I flew in from Halifax, where I'm a CompSci student at Dalhousie University. I write on the side and enjoy a good video game, but while I'm in Vancouver I'm hoping to meet up with and hang out with as many folks as possible! During the week I'm pretty booked up but on weekends I'm looking to get out and explore Vancouver; just yesterday I spent 3 hours just exploring the area around the Granville Skytrain Station, and I know there's tons more to do! Currently I'm living in East Vancouver near Kingsway and Victoria, and LOVING all the pho around here (I'm so gonna drown in pho before the year is out).

I'm a pretty laid back guy, a little introverted (so definitely need some recharge time during the week and at its end), but I'm looking to break out of my shell while I'm here. There is a lot to do here and there are loads of opportunities, so keeping my options open! On the note of meeting up to do stuff, this coming weekend (May 14/15) I'm thinking of getting folks together to see Civil War. Would anybody be interested in going?

Nice. Would be happy to meet you. I also work near Granville station, and it would be nice to get a group of furries together for lunch on weekdays from time to time.

Also I do want to see Captain America, if an opportunity arises to go see it.
