Bonjour.
I am Tiyu. For the last five months I have been trying to get over losses that have slowly driven me to despair. Recently, the relapse has been so shattering I could hardly do anything at all. I have yet to see a therapist due to waitlists and funds nor do I do self harm, but the mental battles have gotten me fatigued. So, I am seeking advice in the meantime on grieving and depression, specifically the anger stage...
Any constructive advice would be welcomed with heartfelt gratitude.

I'm not a professional so you can take my advice with a grain of salt if you wish ...

Try getting involved - the furry community is a great place to get involved. Find someone to talk to ....
If your depression doesn't debilitate you, make the effort to be social with the community ... dinner / parties / meets however, for now, I do suggest to limit your alcohol intake. I am sure there are lots of people in the community who are eager to meet you ...
I hope this little bit helps ....

If money is a problem contact the bc crisis line when you feel like you need someone to talk to. You can phone or use a web chat with them.
Also if you have access to the net, try to find counseling services.
If you googled different bc supports you should be able to find a therapy service that can adjust their prices according to your income. The down side is you may be waiting up to a month for an intake appointment but it still wouldn't hurt.

Like someone else said, get involved. It doesn't have to be a furry event but get involved.  Go for coffee with someone. Go to meets.  Even calling someone to talk to could work.  Stay active doing something to keep your mind off your loss(es). If you can think about it, it can bring you down.

If you need someone to talk with, feel free to contact me.
