Kid's show looking to buy or rent a fursuit

I'm a  Production Coordinator on this Aboriginal kids' TV show

We need a *realistic* coyote suit (or a suitable wolf, dingo or jackal) for a greenscreen shoot at the end of April.

If we're renting a suit, we can offer a fee and also make sure that any use of the suit is overseen by a professional costumer. We'd need to pickup on April 27th and drop off on May 4th.

If we're commissioning, we can pay full rates. We need a partial - arms, feet, head and some chest fur. And it would need to be ready to wear by the 25th.

You'd probably want to rent a fursuit if you're only going to use it once for a shoot.

Commissioning a fursuit would cost closer to 1000$ and would take a few weeks not including delivery.

Thanks for the input. We're open to both renting and buying as this is a matter of timing rather than cost: whatever the price to buy a fursuit is probably much cheaper than hiring a team of animators to make a CG mo-cap coyote.

What I could really use is a connection to get this done. Anyone know who to ask?

I really like Komikrazi Studios work, especially the realistic stuff. I just wish they didn't use US currency in their billing which inflates the cost for all Canadian customers.

If you're looking for super realistic like what you linked, best to reach out to that creator? You might also want to look into Clockwork Creatures for the ultimate realism. But, also like ATerribleBear said, a lot of these makers have long waiting lists so you might need to consider some compromise based on your timeline? Here's some more realistic suit makers, but they're not based in Canada and would definitely require express shipping if they can accommodate.
