Disclaimers aside, it's a 1-bedroom basement suite with 3 rooms in total, including the bedroom, living/kitchen area and bathroom. Private laundry machines shared with the adjacent basement suite is provided for free to the tenants. It's a fairly new suite, tile floors and marble counter tops. A second bed/couchbed will need to be purchased, and decision to share the bedroom or put up the second sleeping area in the dining room can be discussed. The suite is located only a few blocks east of the Vancouver border (boundary road), and a 20 minute walk to BCIT, barely 5 minutes driving.

The suite has a private entrance.
The building is a non-smoking location.
Free laundry in-suite
Rent is $370/month incl. utilities, plus half internet (+$30ish).
Rent up front only.
