Hello peoples. I'm a rather introverted N.Van'er (anyone else on the north shore feel free to PM me) but I hope to get around that and meet/befriend some new people.
This would also kind of be part of my first dive into the furry community (as something other than a lurker), having been a lurker across a number of sites for some time and being rather simply a closet furry.

but in case not, you should, and then get your toes wet, by showing up at some of the lesser meet-ups, then work your way up, maybe even to vancoufur :)

Yes I have checked the calendar and hope to go to this coming weeks sushi tuesday(I don't have much notice for work/family stuff...).  Though I actually only found out about this site about four days ago from #vfur on furnet IRC.

It's a strange thing introversion, once you click post/send button most of the anxiety of wording everything and all that disappears(but everything seems so formal).

I like ears(i have an eared cap)and tails and some other bits, but haven't actually thought much in that area(mostly going directly from seeing and to 'how could I make->animate that?').  I like foxes(red), (limited)cats, and some anthropomorphisations of lagomorphs and mice (that's two groups, ordered each(compounding parenthesis ftw(because it always makes it more clear(always) ) ) ).  But I seem to always come back to liking foxes(I should get around to finishing getting all of the eeveelutions some time..).

Hello and welcome to the board. Don't feel to bad about being a bit of a lurker, I was one for around ten years before I started posting and getting myself out there, meeting some good people at Howl 2013 differently helped. I would also say don't worry about being introverted to much, I know what it's like being overly shy and all that (I'm also hugely introverted, to a rather silly degree).

Hopefully see you at sushi if you can make it to this neck of the woods for it.
