In need of new living situation.

Ok So straight up honesty. I am On disability and have one cat that i will never give up. It has recently been brought to my attention that when I am fighting a cold or flu.. I can't be alone. I don't need someone to care for me I just need activity around me to keep myself emotionally secure.

I am currently living in Surrey in a GREAT apartment that allows my cat. Ideally I would like to move into a two bedroom where I am.

The places here have hardwood laminate throughout the entire suite. The two bedroom suite is 875 a month plus ten bucks for a parking spot.
The buildings are literally three blocks from Guildford mall. Transit is RIGHT outside, 7 mins away is the sky train.

So What I want to know is.. is anyone looking to share a two bedroom with me ? or maybe with another person a three bedroom.

I am a bisexual female wiccan. I spend most of my time on my computer or when I'm feeling well, at the pool. 

My cat Bandit is rather affectionate and snugly. 

When i have lived with others I have always agreed on 50/50 on all bills that are shared. same with chores. You dirty it.. you clean it.

I am a federal licensed medical cannabis user. So yes I do use inside. I have NO issues using my vaporizer inside if the burning plant smell bothers you.


If you are looking for a room mate and are curious if i would live somewhere else with you please feel free to contact me. I do need to be on this side of the bridges because all my doctors are in surrey and Langley but I would consider for the right situation.

I am a open book. So feel free to ask me anything.

I am on disability. my costs are very hard with my rent currently being 660. So please keep it in mind that I would prefer my rent to be less then what it is currently.

My main health issues are crohn's disease and arthritis. Only suggest for easier living with me is a place with two bathrooms. 

Bonuses that come with living with me are many. especially for those who work. I LOVE to help the people I care for. In the past I have enjoyed doing others laundry while they are at work.  I have a disability parking pass.. makes it easier to get in and out of stores. I also have talents with tarot card readings. I have training in counselling. So I am a great listener and love to comfort those in need. My cat also likes to comfort.

I enjoy cooking if all the ingredients are at hand. If your at work and want me to start a dinner for us just txt me :) I am mostly a vegetarian but.. reason is more  I cant afford meat. I do enjoy it once and a while but limit myself because of my crohn's. I can cook with meat !

I am putting this out here with no move out date in mind. So yes I will need the average 30 day notice time to give my landlords.
