Roommate Wanted - June 1 2013

So I'm potentially in the market for a roommate as of June 1 2013. The apartment is fully furnished other than the 2nd bedroom (the smaller of the two) which will be needing a bed and such if you plan to sleep at all ;)

I am kinda particular in that I would prefer to have a gay roommate and not for any reason other than I'm more comfortable around guys. I'm also kinda specifically looking for someone who is kink aware and open minded so I don't have to keep pussyfooting around my own home any more.
