Just a little something I thought I'd share. It's been making the rounds on the net so many of you have probably already seen it but its lovely and poignant and definitely worth seeing again if not for the first time.

at least the To this day part has - the TED Talk was not.

that was very touching.

we all have days when the things that people say to us seem to weigh more than usual. I find the tricky part is not letting those things cycle through your head until you start to believe them. As soon as you start to believe them, the people who were trying to break you start to win. Just remember, YOU ARE BETTER THAN WHAT THEY TELL YOU. you can be who you want, love who you want, make what you want, just so long as you don't let the negative words stick. You are strong
