Interestingly enough, most pets make you healthier and help you live longer, with less stress and in general happier.
Note: it might not apply if -like me- you have two cats even though you're allergic to them along most things.

That's unfortunate Serra. Yet cats help you relax and potentially lead a healthier life. It's a shame that many landlord forbid cats in most of Vancouver and vicinity.

Dogs are great to, unless when they get too vocal.

I suffer from cat allergies... doesn't  stop me from snuggling up really close to my kitty. lol cats are amazing for companionship.

I have 4 cats.

... Well, 2 are mine and 2 are my sisters, but we live in the same apartment. XD Thank goodness she found the best kitty litter in the world. Seriously, you can't smell anything and two of the cats have pretty noxious poop normally.

I absolutely agree! It's worth the "sacrifice", just to give them some love. Cats are pretty amazing.
