wanted 350 / 400 watt computer power supply

i am trying to help out a neighbour on limited income to get her computer working.  it appears that her power supply is dead.  also required is a     4 3/4" X 4 3/4" cooling fan.  do you have a spare tower or parts around that will help get her online again. 

she suffers from depression and for her to be online and in contact with her grandchildren and great grand children would really cheer her up.

please help.   a complete tower with working ps and fan would work as well.  i can transfer the mb and hdd etc.
