I got the trial, haven't played since one of the betas a while back. Still disappointing they haven't fixed the UI issue yet, leaves me little hope they'll ever get around to it. Basically their UI has been configured incorrectly and it bottlenecks the CPU, decreasing the amount of performance you can get from your GPU(s). Not necessary for me to run the game, but my rig really shouldn't see framerates below 60 in this game. It's evident if you shut the UI off with CTRL+Z.

Nice to be bouncing around as a silly Popori again though, lol.

Wierd. I have no problem with it at all. it could just be something with your video card. I honestly have no idea. But i have no problems with the game at all. it runs perfectly and my computer isnt the best thing in the planet or anything either. You might have better luck if you report your computer specs and problems on the forums. It might be something in relation to a part you have instead of just the game 'sucking'.

None of the people i've played with have had their issues either. we've all got different setups. Just sayin :3

Alloud

It is a fairly widespread issue. d: http://tera-forums.enmasse.com/forums/general-discussion/topics/Tera-UI-issue-needs-attention-No-Developer-feedback-Links-and-Info-inside

I have an AMD CPU and an ATI GPU, but some people have the same issue on an Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU as well. The problem is the game. >:

Temrin

-shrugs-! Your the first i've heard of this issue. and considering that its still a new game. just past its first month fully online, i'd say give it a break :P
There are tons of issues from different people being post by the buttload everyday. they cant fix everything in the first patch. So just give it some time.

Alloud

Well, it's actually been out since the beginning of 2011 in Korea :V

Luckily for me it isn't game breaking, but it is for one of my friends. As for myself I can't justify paying 15 dollars a month as well as buying the game itself when I can't run the game at a locked 60 fps with the pretty much necessary UI on.

Once it's patched I'll happily jump in since I've had no other issues o:

yes i realize that its been out in korea. Though getting the game ready for english audiences is always a huge task. This were quite a few changes from what i've heard (other then language i mean) as well as keeping up with the updates from korea and adressing problems that have come across on our end as well. The biggest problems they were having this time around was payment services and the enlgish site not screaing up so that people could play. that in itself took when quite a while to fix the major parts. People are still having connectivity issues and problems with credit card payments. Thats pretty much their sole focus right now. Getting that fixed so people can play. Its still happening for people. Its not an easy transition. Bug fixes always create new bugs. A business has to run down a list of things that are the most important. When it comes to money being double charged to clients' cards, payments not going through at all for some, databases not syncing and saying that people cannot play even though theyve played, etc etc. Thats a pretty big deal and the first thing any game should address.

Though i do understand not wanting to pay for a game you cant play very well. totaly understandable and i wouldnt either. Though definitely check back down the road. Who knows! ^^ It might work for ya~

Slow down and enjoy life. It's not only the scenery you miss by going too fast - you also miss the sense of where you are going and why.

I got it as a reward on one of those game tracking websites
The one I use is called raptr. they  just started making most rewards you can earn redeemable in Canada as well,   instead of only from the U.S.
