room mate/moving buddy needed

I am in need of either a room mate or a new home asap.

I currently live in a two bedroom bottom floor suite a block away from Guildford mall. Bus routes in front of building and down the road for easy traveling.

I have a cat.

If someone wants to move in these are the costs

rent is currently 420, hydro and internet costs always under 50 bucks. this includes one parking spot.

My cat is good with other cats but hates dogs.

I am also very open to simply moving to a new place with someone for shared living. My price range is the above. That is the max I can do being that I'm on disability and receive very little to live off. But I have a lot of time on my hands and can do things for others like laundry. I need good access to transit or can provide gas money for rides to doctors and clinics.

I am a quiet female 28 years old. I spend most of my time on my laptop or visiting friends outside the house. I am a legal medical user But I use smokeless vaporizers.

Aw. Don't worry velvet! You will find something! I was lucky and pounced on an apartment that was so desperate to get tenants into the units that were still available, that they were offering two weeks free in April. XD

I live in Kamloops right now, I'm male, quiet, 33 years old.  I really don't like the climate here.  I've worked in security for six years and I'm looking for more job opportunities on the coast.  I can move down in a week and pay rent right away.
