Hellos!

One of the larger rooms here has opened up and needs to be filled :-)  The price is $510 including utilities.  I can furnish the room if needed.

The place is a nice older house only a 5-10 minute walk from Sapperton SkyTrain station, groceries, and the shops along Columbia.  There's a bit of a yard with a huge apple tree.  There is one free parking spot on the driveway, and garage parking is available.  There is also free street parking a half block away.

We're all of the quiet and geeky type, and looking for more roommates of the same.  This is not a party house, though social dinners or game nights or that sort of thing are absolutely fine.  This house may not always be exclusively furs, but of course anyone else who moves in will have to be furry friendly.

Rent includes: Power, heat, cold/hot water, laundry, Internet and gas.


References required.  Pets negotiable, no smoking.
