Rooms in house, $540/mo, New Westminster/Sapperton, November

Hey all,

Gren and I will be moving into a nice older house in New Westminster and will need a few more roommates to fill it up =)  The house is in a super-convenient location only a 5 min walk or so from Sapperton SkyTrain station.  Technically rooms will be available halloween to move in, however there will be some renos going on for a bit.  But this means you might be able to pick flooring and paint color =)

We're both quiet guys and are looking for more roommates of the same.  This will not be a party house in any way.  Social dinners or game nights or that sort of thing is fine, but nothing too much more.  This house may not be exclusively furs, so if you can only get along with other furs then this probably isn't for you either.  Of course anyone else who moves in will have to be furry friendly =)

Rent is $540/mo including all utils (no TV or phone, but Internet, power, water, etc).  There is some parking (free), and a garage spot available for an extra $20/mo.

References required.  Pets negotiable, no smoking.

ooooooooooo, um what would you mean by references?

I work at twisted fork bistro on grandville and davie making about 400-500 every 2 week.
i work thursday friday saturday 3-11 pm closing shift.

Im a type of person that likes locking himself in his room or being out with friends so i wont be seen buch unless im making somthing to eat i think, im a night time person so ya i usualy sleep in late, so im quiet, i hate when i hear music loudly from the tenents in the apartment im in so if i play some music and you can hear it i would expect nothing less than you to get all rawry at me and go turn it down :P, i feel bad when i do stuff like that.

I like clean even thow my room can tend to get a little untidy here and there :P, i like keeping kitchen clean, my rule of a kitchen is after your done cooking it should look like you were never there, im also verry easy to get along with im out going and happily open minded and accepting to everyone as a friend unless you piss me off and be a jerk. XD
