Moving Back to Surrey or Close to it

Since my other topic is locked and no one has unlocked it or done anything about it I have to start a new one.

I am almost on welfare now and the office told me to start looking for a new place to live. And as most of you know the max I can pay for rent is $375. But people even in the office told me to look for somewhere cheaper than that, tell them it's $375 a month, and get the person I pay to give me back the difference. Because with my bills, the total I would have to live on per month is $80. That's it. $80 to live, to take care of my animals, to buy or make my own clothes (mine are all old and most don't fit me) and so on. I will be applying for disability the moment I am on welfare. So After that I will be getting more money. I have been able to do some commissions and be able to pay off things. And I have been living the past four months off of tax return money and I am out of that. And still waiting for my BC medical return but I was told it can take up to 6 months to get a return. And it will be of the last 5 years. So it would be quite a lot. And I have looked into the food bank thing and it's purely chance on what I would be able to get. Many know I am vegan and I throw up if there is any meat or meat by-product in or on my food. It literally makes me sick and I can't eat it. And they do try and compensate for that but the lady I talked to said there's no guarantees but if I get on disability I will have more wiggle room with money and what not.

And I absolutely will not move in with a roommate unless I get time to know them. I have had way too many bad experiences with it. And I don't want to move a month later because I am being mistreated. I prefer interviews, and friendly chats about my special requirements and mutual respect towards each other and understanding. (I know everyone can agree to that.)
Getting a spot that is just me by myself and my animals, like a basement would be nice, but for $375 or less a month it's...pretty much unheard of. (My animals don't cause damage and are quiet most of the time.)

Speaking of my animals, I would also be very grateful if I could find someone that could adopt my cockatiel and my three female rats. I do require an adoption fee from a stranger. My rats unfortunately cannot go with their cage as I am looking to move my males into the female cage. The male's cage is actually my cockatiel's cage. If I can find a home for my girls first (mother and two daughters) I could sell the cage with my 'tiel. (My 'tiel is VERY special, and I mean kid that would do the paste-eating special. I train birds, rats and other animals on what some would call a "professional" level but he is not trainable.) Please PM me about interests in my animals or if you know someone that might be interested get them to message me (do not post in here about your interest in them please). I would be very grateful. 

So Welfare and Disability is underway! I'm now at the process of them delaying as much as possible. And them asking stupid questions and sending me in circles for absolutely no reason. Literally. Lol. And I'm hoping to make my way back to Surrey very soon. Or Burnaby. Or anywhere closer to the sky train and not 50km away.

So things are finally starting to turn around and I will be getting out of this hell hole soon. No more ridicule, being put down, discouraged, verbally abused, physically abused (by my brother that is only a year younger than me. And no it's not simple 'sibling' fights. He takes it to the next level and beyond. There are several people that know this and have witnessed it first hand and know how bad it is for me to be here with them.)
