Roommate wanted / room available near Lougheed Mall / shared accommodation

My current roommate is moving out at the end of March, so I am looking for a new roommate to share the rent.
A bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment is available, with common kitchen, living/dining, balcony and bathroom areas.  Your share of the rent would be $512.50 per month, plus 1/2 utilities (BC Hydro is about $15/month, telus DSL service about $20/month).

The location is a block east of North Road on Foster Ave... Close to Lougheed Skytrain (1.5 km away), and 5 bus routes along North Road (including the N9 NightBus).  The building allows pets.  A pet deposit would be required if you have a pet.  There are laundry and storage rooms in the basement.  On-street parking, or you can rent a parking space beside the building.

I am a fairly quiet 48-year old male.  I work evenings and night shifts, so I often need to sleep during the day.
