I'm looking for housing. (Renegotiated)

I've just been given notice by my mother that I am being kicked out at the end of march.

Am willing to pay up to 475(Although that is not a hard limit) a month for rent, and I have few possessions to my name, just a phone, a laptop and a giantbag full of clothing. As long as there's a bus to a skytrain stn or Transit Hub, I'm fine
I have no pets.
Allergies: Pollen
I have never learned to drive and never wanted to. (Srsly, look at the added costs of a car. Insurance, tuneups, licencing, repairs, parts...)

Special needs:
Peace and quiet now and then, perhaps...

If anyone has any suggestions...?

(UPDATE:  I have renegotiated my rent with my landlady, I can stay until I find something better.)
